LIVECLAIM
INFINITUM PITTSBURGH

Terms of Service

Updated October 8, 2026.

These terms apply to LiveClaim, operated by Infinitum Imagery LLC and built by Infinitum Pittsburgh.

Purpose

LiveClaim is a recruiting workflow tool for organizing creator eligibility observations, creator history, account access, and personal recruiting records. LiveClaim is not TikTok and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok unless separately stated in writing.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for using LiveClaim in accordance with applicable laws, platform terms, your Creator Network agreements, and the permissions available to your TikTok LIVE Backstage account. You must not use LiveClaim to bypass platform access controls, obtain credentials, or access information you are not authorized to view.

Recruiting status accuracy

Creator status may change after a recorded check. LiveClaim displays timestamps and data sources to help users understand freshness. A historical result is not a guarantee of a creator's current relationship or eligibility.

Subscriptions

Free includes 25 saved checks per calendar month. Pro costs USD 19 per month for 500 checks; Growth costs USD 49 per month for 5,000 checks. Each plan is for one account. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly until canceled in Dashboard → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Plan changes show any prorated charge or credit before confirmation in Stripe. Check quotas reset each calendar month in UTC; unused checks do not roll over and overages are not charged. Contact support@infinitumlive.com for billing errors or refund requests; refunds are reviewed individually subject to applicable rights. Existing beta accounts retain Unlimited for 30 days from launch and then move to Free unless subscribed; this transition never creates an automatic charge. Designated staff receive complimentary Unlimited access after email verification. Separately granted owner access may be permanent or have an expiration.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to distribute malware, interfere with TikTok or LiveClaim systems, evade rate limits or security controls, scrape restricted information, resell access without authorization, or perform unlawful recruiting activity.

Service changes

Features may change as TikTok interfaces, Chrome requirements, Firebase services, and billing systems evolve. LiveClaim may disable a detection method if it becomes unreliable or inconsistent with authorized platform use.

Disclaimer

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinitum Imagery LLC disclaims warranties not expressly stated in a written agreement.
