LiveClaim is operated by Infinitum Imagery LLC and built by Infinitum Pittsburgh. Contact support@infinitumlive.com for support, privacy questions, or account/data deletion requests.

Account and recruiting information

We maintain a private list of designated staff email addresses to provide complimentary access after email verification. This list is not included in the website or extension download. We process your email, Firebase account ID, access entitlements, usage counts and device-token records. Creator checks store the creator username, recruiting status, observed Backstage label, time, source URL and notes included with the check. Records are scoped to your LiveClaim workspace. Granting a teammate Unlimited access does not merge account histories or grant owner administration.

What the extension reads and does

After you enable creator checks in Settings, LiveClaim reads the username from matching TikTok profile and LIVE pages. With automatic checks enabled, visiting those pages starts a lookup through the visible controls in your signed-in TikTok LIVE Backstage session. An extension-created Backstage tab may stay open in a dedicated background Chrome window. The window comes forward when attention is needed; invitation drafts open separately for review. Results are sent over HTTPS to LiveClaim's Firebase backend and appear in your account history. Turn off automatic checks to run checks manually; turn off Enable creator checks to stop creator lookup and saving.

LiveClaim does not collect your general browsing history, TikTok password or authentication cookies. It relies on the session TikTok maintains in your Chrome profile. It does not access undocumented TikTok network endpoints.

Invitation codes

When you enter a creator's six-character code and select Prepare invitation, the extension enters the code into TikTok's invitation form. Codes are not sent to the LiveClaim backend or saved in extension storage. They remain in the form until you change or close it. LiveClaim prepares the start date, relationship period and language, then stops for your review. You submit invitations in TikTok yourself.

Local storage and access tokens

Your extension token, preferences, local creator cache and notes are stored in your Chrome profile. Page content scripts cannot access this storage directly. Disconnecting or replacing the token clears locally saved creator results and notes; it does not delete cloud history. Tokens expire after 90 days and can be revoked from the dashboard. Only hashes of tokens are stored on the server. Do not share tokens or screenshots containing them.

Purpose, sharing and limited use

Data is used to provide recruiting checks, history, invitation preparation, authentication, support and security. Google Firebase/Google Cloud processes hosted account and recruiting data. TikTok receives the username you look up and invitation details you prepare in Backstage. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising, creditworthiness or unrelated purposes. Transfers are limited to providing the requested functionality, user-authorized support, legal obligations, or a business transfer with appropriate notice and consent where required. Human access is limited to authorized support, security and legal needs.

Billing

Optional paid subscriptions use Stripe Checkout and the Stripe customer portal. When you start checkout, LiveClaim sends Stripe your account email, Firebase account ID and selected plan. You enter payment details directly into Stripe; LiveClaim does not receive or store full card numbers or card security codes. Stripe sends subscription and checkout events to our backend. We store Stripe customer, checkout and subscription identifiers, plan and subscription status to manage access and prevent duplicate checkout sessions. Billing records may be retained for accounting, security and legal obligations. Free and complimentary access do not require a payment card.

Retention and deletion

Cloud recruiting history remains while your account uses the service, until you request deletion. Email support@infinitumlive.com from your account email to request deletion of your account and recruiting history. We verify ownership before acting. Limited records may be retained where needed for security or legal obligations. Local copies can be cleared by disconnecting or uninstalling the extension. Disabling automatic checks stops new automatic collection but does not erase existing records.

Security and your choices

We use HTTPS, authenticated requests, hashed tokens, server-side access checks and restricted database rules. No online system can guarantee absolute security. You can disable automatic checks, disable overlays, stop keeping a background tab open, revoke device tokens, disconnect, or request account deletion.
