Error codes identify which step failed. Run one check, then copy this report for support. It contains the version, time, switches and last 20 result codes only. It is stored locally, not sent automatically.

Connect your account

Google Chrome desktop only. This beta does not work in Firefox or Safari. Open TikTok and LIVE Backstage in this same Chrome profile, outside Incognito. A Backstage login in another browser or profile cannot be used by this extension.

LiveClaim reads the TikTok profile or LIVE username you visit, checks it through your signed-in Backstage tab, and saves the username, result, time, source URL and any included notes to your LiveClaim account on Firebase. Automatic checks run as you browse matching profiles and can be switched off below. It does not read your TikTok password or cookies.

Invitation codes you enter are sent only to TikTok when you select Prepare invitation. Review and submit the invitation yourself.

Generate an extension token in your dashboard, then paste it here. Connected confirms your LiveClaim account connection only; you must also sign in to LIVE Backstage in this same Chrome profile.

Backstage connection

LiveClaim uses a dedicated Chrome window for Backstage by default. Keep browsing TikTok while checks run there. Your existing Backstage login in this Chrome profile is shared automatically.

LiveClaim Connected and Backstage ready are separate checks.

If login, verification or network selection is needed, the Backstage window opens for you. Finish that step yourself, return to TikTok, then check the connection again. LiveClaim cannot sign in for you or grant TikTok permissions.

How to check a creator

Open the creator's TikTok profile or LIVE.
Sign in to LIVE Backstage in this Chrome profile.
Browse a TikTok profile or LIVE. LiveClaim checks automatically; Check creator forces a fresh check.

A failed check means no result was received; it does not mean a creator is available. Select Open Backstage to inspect the failed check tab. Unknown can also mean no saved result. Previous results show their check time and may need rechecking.
